How to Make Life Easier for Your Child’s Caregivers
Little things make a big difference.
Caring for a group of little ones is a big (and beautiful) job—but it’s full of fast diaper changes, messy meals, and emotional moments. When families take small steps to help us out, it really does go a long way in making the day run more smoothly—not just for your child, but for their caregivers and classmates too.
Below are some of the most helpful tips and products we can share, based on our everyday experiences. None of these are mandatory—but they’re all things that genuinely make our work easier, safer, and more enjoyable. Thank you to all of the parents who put in effort to make our lives a little easier!

🧷 Clothing & Diaper Choices That Save Our Day
Please skip the 360-style diapers.
These pull-on styles might work great at home, but they make diaper changes in a group setting way harder—especially when we’re trying to change several kids quickly and safely.Avoid outfits with lots of buttons or tricky fasteners.
Zippers, snaps, and elastic waists help us get kids changed quickly, especially during potty accidents or tight transition times. Especially if they are potty training- easy sweatpants without buttons!Velcro shoes, always.
We know they look less cute than buckle boots or mini converse—but we’re putting shoes on 60+ little feet a day. Velcro is the MVP.
Label Everything
Bottles, jackets, loveys, cups, lunchboxes—if there’s a chance it can get mixed up or misplaced, a label makes our job ten times easier. These ones stay on in the dishwasher and washing machine- but can still be peeled off if you want! Plus they come in a ton of cute designs.
🍼 Cups & Bottles That Don’t Cause Chaos
Avoid leaky cups
One leaky cup can soak a whole lunch, wet a nap mat, or ruin someone else’s artwork. Please test your child’s cup by tipping it upside down before sending. See our favorites below!Stick to one bottle brand per child.
We have a lot of bottles—and it’s easy to lose or mismatch pieces when multiple types are in rotation.
